Head Chef and proprietor Andrew Jeffs trained under the watchful eye of Nico Ladenis, a 3 star michelin chef.

Having worked in Chez Nico for eleven years, five as Head Chef, he decided to leave the rat race and travel around France.

On his return he decided to buy a pub. Andrew has devised a menu to sort all tastes and only uses the freshest produce available, sourced locally wherever possible.
